Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for restaurant reservations
Manage booking schedules and update reservation systems
Respond to customer inquiries about menu, timings, and availability
Coordinate with restaurant staff to confirm special requests
Maintain accurate records of reservations and cancellations
Follow up with guests for confirmation if required
Ensure excellent customer service and positive guest experience
Resolve any booking-related issues professionally and promptly
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality
Good communication and telephone etiquette
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple calls
Familiarity with reservation software or POS systems (preferred)
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Local candidates preferred
