Payroll Officer

Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process for the company, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee payroll records, WPS submissions, and compliance with UAE regulations.
• Handle complex payroll calculations, including final settlements, gratuity, and leave encashment.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports, journals, and reconciliations for the finance department.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all payroll-related inquiries from staff and management.
• Stay updated on changes in UAE labor law affecting payroll and implement necessary updates.
• Supervise and guide the Payroll Assistant.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Payroll Officer or in a senior payroll role.
• Experience within the construction industry is highly preferred.
• Strong background in finance and in-depth knowledge of UAE payroll regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in payroll software and advanced MS Excel.
• Can join immediately.
