Qualifications:
Post Graduate (English / Education / Literature)
B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) – mandatory
Teaching certification or license (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Teach English to middle school students (Grades 6–8) following the curriculum
Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and activities to engage students
Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and evaluations
Encourage critical thinking, reading, writing, and communication skills
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies
Provide feedback and support to students to promote academic growth
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience (UAE experience is an advantage)
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Ability to adapt teaching methods for middle school students
Knowledge of international or UAE curriculum is preferred
Passion for student development and learning
Local candidates or those willing to relocate preferred
