Qualifications:
Graduate (Bachelor’s degree – 3 years, mandatory)
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education – mandatory)
Responsibilities:
Teach Science to primary school students (Grades 1–5)
Prepare and deliver engaging, age-appropriate science lessons
Conduct simple experiments and hands-on activities to enhance learning
Assess student understanding through classwork, quizzes, and assignments
Encourage curiosity, observation, and scientific thinking in young learners
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and performance
Participate in school events, meetings, and continuous professional development
Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum improvement and integration
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years) with B.Ed – mandatory
UAE Equivalency certificate (bachelor’s or master’s degree) – mandatory
Strong subject knowledge in primary-level science
Good communication, classroom management, and lesson-planning skills
Passion for teaching and working with young learners
