Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Proven experience as a Nursery or Early Childhood Teacher, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role preferred.
Strong understanding of child development principles and curriculum planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and lead a team of teaching staff.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to early childhood education.
