Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development within the manpower/staffing industry in UAE/GCC.
• Strong network of contacts in industries like construction, FM, logistics, marine, or hospitality
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• UAE driving license (preferred or mandatory).
• Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and handle client accounts.
