Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns
Manage brand positioning, promotions, and advertising activities
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
Oversee digital marketing, social media, and content creation
Coordinate with sales and business development teams for integrated campaigns
Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for management
Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and external agencies
Organize events, product launches, and promotional activities
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience
Bilingual: Arabic & English
Transferable residency in Kuwait
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
