Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and oversee programs to ensure objectives are achieved
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver program goals
Monitor program performance, budgets, and timelines
Identify risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management
Ensure alignment with organizational strategy and policies
Manage resource allocation and optimize operational efficiency
Support continuous improvement initiatives and best practices
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant program or project management experience
Bilingual: Arabic & English
Transferable residency in Kuwait
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
