Civil Project Manager
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities :
• Manage day-to-day operations of a 22-floor civil construction project.
• Plan, supervise, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Handle project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure that work meets engineering specifications and international standards.
Requirements :
• Strong experience as a Civil Project Manager, preferably in high-rise projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• PMP Certification required.
• Excellent project planning, team management, and communication skills.
• Own visa preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and deliver within timelines.
