Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including interviews and offer letters
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
Coordinate with hiring managers for recruitment requirements
Assist in onboarding new employees and documentation
Support HR team with administrative tasks and reporting
Communicate with candidates regarding application status and updates
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in the UAE
Must have own valid UAE residency visa
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR/recruitment tools
Ability to handle multiple positions and deadlines efficiently
