Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers/visitors professionally
Handle inquiries, calls, and emails promptly and courteously
Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling and documentation
Process counter sales, billing, and maintain accurate records (if applicable)
Support day-to-day administrative and customer service tasks
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Ensure reception and service areas are clean, organized, and presentable
Requirements:
Must be currently residing in UAE
Strong communication skills with good command of English
1–3 years’ experience in customer service, counter sales, or billing preferred
Female candidate only; preference for Philippines nationality
Computer literacy, especially MS Office for sales and billing roles
Ability to handle customer interactions efficiently and professionally
