Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day onshore operations efficiently
Develop operational strategies to improve productivity and quality
Monitor performance metrics, workflows, and resource utilization
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws
Coordinate between departments, vendors, and clients to meet operational goals
Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review
Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions
Lead, mentor, and manage onshore teams to achieve targets
Requirements:
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in operations management, preferably onshore projects
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant operational software
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in onshore operations
