Requirements:
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Good financial acumen and experience in budgeting and P&L management.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
