We are urgently seeking a warm, professional Receptionist to join a well-established pet care company in Dubai. This front-of-house role requires a native English speaker who can deliver excellent customer service in a busy animal-care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and clients promptly and courteously, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
• Answer phones, handle enquiries, and manage appointment bookings accurately.
• Maintain reception area standards and assist with basic admin tasks.
• Liaise with veterinary or grooming teams to coordinate client arrivals and departures.
• Help manage customer records and follow up as required.
Requirements:
• Native English speaker (European nationality preferred).
• Minimum 1 year experience in reception or customer service roles.
• Comfortable and confident working around animals in a pet care setting.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
