Responsibilities:
Supervise and oversee all finishing works on-site, including painting, plastering, tiling, carpentry, and ceiling works
Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Coordinate daily tasks with subcontractors and workers
Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain high-quality finishing
Monitor progress and report updates to the site engineer or project manager
Ensure site safety and compliance with company safety standards
Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely completion of finishing activities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of finishing work areas
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman in construction projects
Strong technical knowledge of finishing materials, tools, and methods
Ability to read drawings and supervise finishing crews effectively
Good communication and leadership skills
Candidates with GCC experience preferred
