Production Manager
Job Location : Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Job Details :
• Bachelor's degree in civil/architecture/engineering/ interior design or similar field.
• 10 yrs. of experience in project management within the interior design industry depending on the complexity of projects managed.
• Must have a valid UAE Driving License.
• Proficiency in reading and analyzing technical drawings and specifications.
• Possess strong communication skills as it requires collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Strong leadership and people management skills to effectively lead and motivate production teams, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify production issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, deadlines, and priorities while maintaining a high level of performance and quality standard.
