Site Supervisor / Project Manager
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Manage site delivery teams, including Measurement Executives and Site Supervisors.
• Present design concepts to clients and secure necessary approvals.
• Visit sites for validation, audit drawings, and coordinate with the design team.
• Lead Woodwork, Civil, MEP, and HVAC subcontractors from contract award to project close.
• Monitor production process to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct site visits, identify issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Ensure quality assurance, and address client escalations.
• Monitor vendors’ adherence to materials specifications and standards.
• Implement safety policies to meet EHS requirements.
• Maintain daily productivity trackers and report to the Installation Manager.
• Issue snags/observations and maintain weekly productivity reports.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in fit-out project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
