Job Title:
Painting Supervisor
Qualifications:
High School & Equivalent / Diploma (as applicable)
Responsibilities:
Supervise all painting activities at site, ensuring quality workmanship.
Assign daily tasks to painters and monitor progress.
Inspect surfaces, prepare areas, and ensure proper application of paints and coatings.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and use of protective equipment.
Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and clients regarding work schedules.
Conduct quality checks to ensure finishing meets project standards.
Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment.
Requirements:
5–10 years of experience in painting supervision.
Strong knowledge of surface preparation, paint types, and application techniques.
Ability to manage teams and handle multiple tasks on-site.
UAE/GCC experience preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred
