Assistant Front Office Manager
Qualifications:
Diploma/ Graduate (Hospitality / Management)
Responsibilities:
Assist the Front Office Manager in daily operations of the front desk.
Supervise front office staff including receptionists and concierge.
Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and resolve complaints efficiently.
Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for smooth operations.
Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
Train and mentor junior front office staff.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in front office or hospitality management.
Strong knowledge of hotel management software and front office operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve guest issues effectively.
UAE/GCC experience preferred.
