Role Overview
We are looking for a Payroll Officer who can manage end-to-end payroll for project-based manpower. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate payroll processing, handle WPS in compliance with UAE labor law, maintain employee payroll records, and coordinate closely with HR and Finance for timely salary disbursement. This role also requires supporting multiple project teams, validating overtime submissions, and visiting sites when needed.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for project-based manpower.
Ensure accurate calculation of wages, allowances, deductions, and other payroll components.
Process WPS payments in compliance with UAE labor law and company policies.
Maintain, update, and verify employee payroll and database records.
Coordinate with HR and Finance to ensure smooth and timely salary disbursement.
Calculate end of service benefits (EOSB) in accordance with UAE labor laws.
Review and validate overtime received from multiple projects and ensure due diligence.
Address employee payroll queries and resolve payroll-related issues professionally.
Visit project sites when required to support payroll operations and manpower coordination.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a manpower supply company.
Strong experience in project-based payroll processing.
Strong knowledge of UAE payroll practices and the WPS system.
Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.
Experience in managing and maintaining employee databases.
Willingness to visit sites when required.
Arabic speaking is a plus.
