Principal Accountabilities
Business Engagement and Value Realization
Partner with Business Leaders: Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased business value
Champion Business-IT Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between IT and business units, ensuring IT initiatives are aligned with strategic business goals
Solution Design & Architecture
Define Solution Roadmaps: Lead the design of technical solutions that address current and future business needs, ensuring scalability and alignment with enterprise architecture.
Translate Business Requirements: Convert business objectives into actionable technical requirements and solution designs
Delivery Management & Adoption
Oversee Solution Implementation: Manage the delivery of IT projects and enhancements, ensuring solutions are implemented on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Drive Change Management: Develop and execute adoption strategies, including training, communication, and support to ensure successful solution uptake.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Evaluate Emerging Technologies: Continuously research and assess new technologies, recommending innovative solutions to business challenges
Monitor Performance and Benefits Realization: Track solution performance against KPIs and drive ongoing optimization to maximize business impact
Governance & Stakeholder Management
Manage Vendor Relationships: Oversee external partners and vendors, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions and services
Ensure Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain adherence to corporate policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements within solution delivery
Required Qualifications
Requirements
-Minimum 7+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s or Master's in IT, Business or related field. SAP, Salesforce, PMP, TOGAF, Agile/Scrum certification preferred
- Technical Experience: Experience with the implementation of Salesforce in the business domain is mandatory
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for business audience
- Project & Change Management Expertise: Expertise in project & program management, including agile and waterfall methodologies, as well as organizational change management
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes, financial impact of IT decisions, and customer-centric mindset
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to evaluate and implement emerging technologies for business value
- Continuous Learning: Commitment to ongoing professional development and industry trend awareness
