DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Learn and use groundbreaking fulfillment technologies across interconnected systems
· Apply advanced technical program management techniques combined with operations SME knowledge to deliver flawless RDC launches and UTR tech roadmap implementations
· Interact with leading engineers and operations experts across global teams
· Partner with cross-functional teams to orchestrate complex launches across pre-launch, execution, and post-launch phases
· Leverage launch experience and operations expertise to provide feedback on technical processes and system integrations
· Drive cross-functional communication during critical launch phases using deep operational knowledge
· Lead projects that improve launch-related processes and stakeholder technical experience
· Create SOPs, technical documentation, and process guides for the operations community
· Work on critical, highly complex technical challenges that span multiple fulfillment systems

Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, design
