Head Bartender
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
• Lead all bar operations, including supervising the Bartender team and managing daily cash-outs and reconciliations.
• Develop and cost creative, high-quality beverage menus (cocktails, wine, spirits).
• Manage liquor inventory, ordering, stock rotation, and wastage control.
• Provide training and coaching to the bar team on beverage preparation, service, and safety standards.
• Ensure exceptional service and a sophisticated atmosphere at the bar.
Requirements:
• Strong experience in upscale dining or hospitality is mandatory.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and comprehensive beverage preparation is essential.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a team effectively.
