Restaurant Supervisor
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
• Supervise service staff, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth, efficient service during shifts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest satisfaction, handling and resolving any service issues.
• Train and mentor junior waiting staff on high service standards and menu knowledge.
• Oversee the floor, managing table flow, reservations, and ensuring the venue is always presented impeccably.
• Utilize knowledge of restaurant operations to maintain efficiency and cost control.
Requirements:
• Strong experience in upscale dining or hospitality is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills are required.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a team effectively.
