Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, including Sales Consultants, to optimize performance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies proactively.
• Manage key accounts and complex negotiations.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for senior management.
Requirements:
• Proven track record in a Sales Manager role, preferably within the UAE real estate development sector.
• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills for sales reporting and forecasting.
