Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate behavioral patterns in children, adults, or special needs individuals
Design and implement behavior modification plans and interventions
Monitor and track progress and adjust strategies as needed
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, parents, or caregivers
Provide guidance and training to staff, parents, or caregivers on behavior management techniques
Maintain detailed records of assessments, interventions, and outcomes
Ensure ethical and safe practices in all interventions
Requirements:
Educational background in psychology, special education, or related fields
Experience in behavioral therapy, counseling, or education is preferred
Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with diverse populations, including children and individuals with special needs
Patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills
