Job Title:
General Accountant / Admin
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including ledger posting, reconciliations, and reporting
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and expense reports
Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank transactions
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and documents
Perform general administrative tasks including filing, correspondence, and office coordination
Support management with financial analysis and operational reporting
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and vendors as required
Requirements:
Solid experience in accounting and administration
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
