Job Overview

EGEC Qatar for Engineering Consultations W.L.L is seeking an experienced Design Project Manager with a strong design background to join our Qatar-based team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing complex design projects within an engineering consultancy environment, ensuring delivery excellence, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage design projects from concept through delivery.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams and external stakeholders.
Ensure project scope, timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met.
Oversee design reviews, approvals, and compliance with local regulations.
Apply project management best practices to mitigate risks and ensure successful outcomes.
Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

PMP Certification (mandatory).
UPDA Grade A (mandatory).
Proven experience in design project management.
Prior experience within an engineering consultancy is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
