Proven experience as a Head Barista or senior barista in a high-end café or restaurant.
Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
Leadership and team management skills.
Passion for coffee and customer service.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
