Requirements:
Proven experience as a Commis Chef or similar role, preferably with sushi/japanese cuisine background.
Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
Good communication skills.
Culinary diploma or relevant certification is preferred.
