Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for soft drink products.
• Manage distribution channels and ensure excellent market coverage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key accounts.
• Monitor stock levels, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
• Ensure proper merchandising, product visibility, and promotional execution.
