Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s procurement strategy aligned with project requirements.
• Source, evaluate, select, and manage suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors for fit-out projects.
• Lead contract negotiations to secure the best commercial and technical terms.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and the estimation team to understand material and resource needs.
• Ensure all procured items meet project specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Manage the procurement budget, track costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee the entire procurement cycle, from PO issuance to delivery and payment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Mitigate supply chain risks and resolve any procurement-related issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Procurement Manager, preferably within construction/fit-out.
• Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and fit-out specific supply chains in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent understanding of contractual terms and commercial principles.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Negotiable and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
• Other benefits as per UAE labor law and company policy.
