HSE Engineer

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor the company's HSE management system in line with local regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, AD EHS).
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
• Conduct HSE inductions and ongoing training for all site staff and workers.
• Ensure all site activities comply with HSE legal requirements and company policies.
• Maintain all HSE documentation, records, permits, and licenses.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety committee meetings.
• Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven UAE experience in the construction industry.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Recognized HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA) are highly advantageous.
• Thorough knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Proactive, vigilant, and able to enforce safety standards without compromise.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 6,000 to AED 8,000 per month.
• Company-provided car.
• Other benefits as per UAE labor law and company policy.
