Job Location : Bahrain

Key Responsibilities :

• Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash, card payments, refunds, and exchanges as per company policy
• Maintain accuracy in the cash drawer and reconcile at the end of the shift
• Issue receipts, vouchers, and gift cards
• Ensure high levels of customer service at the cashier counter
• Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent service
• Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and new arrivals
• Meet daily sales targets and KPIs
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales
• Greet customers and respond to their queries
• Resolve minor customer issues and escalate when necessary
• Ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience
• Support the team in maintaining store cleanliness and organization
• Assist with stock replenishment and product displays
• Help with merchandising according to brand guidelines
• Maintain order at the cashier area and front section

Requirements :

• 1–2 years of experience as a Cashier or Sales Associate (fashion retail preferred)
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of POS systems
• Positive attitude, honesty, and professionalism
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
