Key Responsibilities:
Process weekly/monthly payroll accurately and on time
Verify timesheets, attendance, and overtime submissions
Maintain payroll records and employee data in HRIS and payroll systems
Prepare and file payroll-related reports and statutory submissions
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues
Assist with year-end processes and audits
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in payroll administration
Knowledge of Kuwaiti labor law and payroll regulations (preferred)
Proficiency with payroll software and MS Office (especially Excel)
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Excellent communication and organizational skills
