Position : Timekeeper
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Higher Education Qualification).
- Minimum of 03 years in timekeeping or related administrative roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Arab Nationals / Maximum 35 years old.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage employee attendance, overtime, and related records using approved systems and procedures
- Prepare and process employee administrative documents (Leave – Extension – Return – Work Permission – Absence – Transfer – Salary Certificate – Residence Renewal – Clearance, etc.) accurately and on time.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports.
- Update and track project manpower data in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Coordinates employee relations activities.
