VAM Systems is currently looking for Data Analyst – Data Management for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:
Required Skills & Experience:
4–5 years of proven experience in Data Analysis, Data Mapping, or Data Documentation roles.
Strong understanding of data structures, metadata, and data quality principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with BI/reporting environments (e.g., Power BI).
Hands-on experience with Power BI will be considered a strong added advantage.
Ability to translate raw data into structured, meaningful, and business-ready information.
Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, and interpret existing data from multiple sources.
Categorize, standardize, and centralize data to ensure consistency across the organization.
Develop and maintain comprehensive data documentation, including data dictionaries, business definitions, and data mapping documents.
Work closely with the Power BI development team to provide clean, structured, and contextualized data for dashboards and analytical solutions.
Identify data quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Support data governance initiatives and contribute to building a scalable and well-structured data framework.
