Key Responsibilities:
Manage the back end of delivery platforms (3 brands): add, remove, or update products.
Lead campaign coordination with delivery partners.
Collaborate across departments for new product launches.
Activate/deactivate branches or products as needed.
Support the Operations Team in troubleshooting POS & delivery issues.
Share performance reports and actionable insights.
Assist in demand planning and inventory coordination.
Support other tasks as assigned by the Commercial Manager.
What We’re Looking For:
Tech-savvy with delivery platform experience.
Strong MS Office skills (Excel is a must).
Tableau knowledge is a plus!
Detail-oriented, organized, and a true team player.
Problem-solver with a proactive attitude.
Minimum 1 year F&B experience.
Kuwait residency is a must.
