Hills and Fort Construction LLC is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant (Accounts Payable) to join its finance team based in Muhaisnah 4, Al Qusais, Dubai. This role is ideal for a finance professional who has strong hands-on experience in managing payables and supporting daily accounting operations within a fast-paced construction environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all accounts payable activities with accuracy and efficiency
Process supplier invoices, verify documentation, and ensure timely payments
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records related to payables
Support the finance department with routine accounting and reporting tasks
Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth financial operations
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience handling accounts payable functions
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
