Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
Manage appointment scheduling and patient records
Handle inbound/outbound calls and WhatsApp queries
Coordinate with clinical staff for smooth operations
Follow up on treatment plans and sales inquiries
Maintain Google Business profile and respond to reviews
Support marketing and outreach efforts when needed
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of Google tools (Maps, Reviews, Business Profile)
Sales follow-up experience is a plus
Prior dental or healthcare front desk experience preferred
Knowledge of marketing on Google & Meta platforms is an added advantage
Candidates with own visa will be prioritized
