We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential clients for enterprise business solutions. This is a performance-based role ideal for professionals who have strong networks, sales experience, or expertise in outbound prospecting.
You will be responsible for generating qualified leads for business management solutions including (but not limited to) CRM, HRMS, POS, Property Management Systems, Visitor Management, and other enterprise automation platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and approach potential clients who require business process automation solutions
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, or personal networks
Understand client pain points and determine solution fit
Schedule discovery calls or meetings with the internal sales/consulting team

Compensation :
Commission-only model (paid per qualified lead and/or successful deal closure)
High earning potential with no income cap
