Description:
Silver Coast Construction & Boring L.L.C is seeking experienced MEP Supervisors and Foremen to strengthen our onsite teams across multiple disciplines. We’re hiring skilled individuals who have hands-on site experience, can lead crews effectively, and coordinate smoothly with engineering teams to deliver high-quality MEP works.
Key requirements:
• At least 7 years of practical MEP experience within the UAE or GCC markets.
• Strong track record of working on site-based MEP installations and maintenance.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate manpower, assign tasks, and oversee daily site progress.
• Good coordination skills with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and compliance with specifications.
