Requirements:
Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager in utility or water infrastructure projects
UAE/GCC experience is mandatory
Strong knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques
Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO, Internal Auditor) preferred
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
