Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
10+ years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in UAE
Strong knowledge of local construction contracts and standards
Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
Proficiency in QS software (e.g., CostX, WinQS)
Immediate availability preferred
