Requirements:
10–12 years of experience in co-man, toolpusher, and rig management roles
Proven expertise in well killing and SCP remediation techniques
Strong knowledge of safety standards and procedures in well intervention operations
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in high-pressure environments and make quick, informed decisions
Familiarity with industry regulations and safety compliance standards
