Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring on behalf of one of Qatar’s leading hospitals in the Healthcare Industry for a senior leadership role. We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to join the executive leadership team.
📌 Position: Assistant CEO
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Support the CEO in strategic planning, hospital operations, and organisational leadership
• Oversee daily hospital operations to ensure clinical, operational, and financial excellence
• Drive performance improvement initiatives across departments
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and policies
• Collaborate with medical, administrative, and support teams to enhance patient care quality
• Lead change management initiatives and support hospital growth strategies
• Monitor KPIs, operational performance, and risk management activities
🔹 Requirements (Core):
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 8–15 years of leadership experience in a hospital or healthcare organisation
• Strong background in hospital operations and healthcare administration
• Proven leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in GCC healthcare systems is highly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
