Premium Solutions Consultancy is recruiting a Maintenance Manager on behalf of our valued client in the industrial sector in Doha, Qatar . This senior management position is crucial for the Operations Division, reporting to top management.
The successful candidate will manage, plan, and monitor all engineering and maintenance activities, ensuring that all plants operate according to modern, sound engineering principles, and lead a large team to achieve operational excellence within the region.
Key Accountabilities
• Manage and monitor all engineering activities/projects using sound engineering and project management practices.
• Approve and maintain modern standards of engineering practice across the department and verify technical standards of plants are according to requirements.
• Liaise closely with internal departments (Operations, Maintenance) and external suppliers for smooth project and maintenance execution.
• Establish and manage maintenance and expenditure budgets.
• Motivate, develop, and appraise the performance of employees under area of responsibility, including planning national development.
Educational Qualification & Experience
• Qualification : A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field from a recognized University is required. Higher Secondary School, Diploma, and Advanced Diploma qualifications are also noted, but the Bachelor's degree is the mandatory requirement.
• Experience : Requires 10+ years of relevant production experience, including 5 years at a senior level
