leads a small site team (2-12 workers) in construction, ensuring quality workmanship (blockwork, formwork, finishing) per drawings, managing materials, enforcing safety (PPE), reporting progress to Foremen/Engineers, and handling daily tasks, requiring 5+ years Gulf experience in high-rise/infrastructure, leadership, and UAE safety knowledge for seamless project execution, quality control, and productivity.
