Candidzone is seeking an experienced and results-driven Workshop Manager to lead and manage automotive workshop operations in Qatar. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in automobile systems, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage teams, workflows, and service quality while ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day automotive workshop operations
Manage and supervise technicians and support staff
Ensure accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of vehicles
Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality standards
Implement best practices for safety, efficiency, and service excellence
Manage inventory, tools, and workshop resources
Resolve technical, operational, and customer-related issues
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in automotive workshop management
Strong technical knowledge of automobile systems, diagnostics, and repairs
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Valid Qatar ID (QID) is mandatory
