Customs Invoicing Officer
Qualifications:
Graduate/ Diploma (Commerce / Accounting preferred)
Responsibilities:
Prepare and process customs invoices and related documentation
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import/export procedures
Verify accuracy of invoices, bills of entry, and shipment documents
Coordinate with logistics, suppliers, and customs authorities
Maintain records of shipments, payments, and clearance documents
Assist in resolving discrepancies or issues related to customs invoicing
Support auditing and reporting requirements
Requirements:
Prior experience in customs invoicing, documentation, or import/export operations
Knowledge of UAE customs regulations and procedures
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office and invoicing software
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple shipments
